Hi There, i’m Alisandra!

I am an IIn certified holistic health coach, photographer, food blogger and a lover of all things Godly.

I am a Venezuelan girl currently residing in Orlando, Florida. I love all things creative, like developing healthy recipes and telling stories through photography. There's just something special about wholesome meals that nourish and heal our bodies, and being able to capture an entire lifetime of emotions through the lens of my camera that has been a key part of my journey since 2014. During that year I embarked to accomplish a very competitive goal, becoming "Miss Venezuela". This was a childhood dream so I joined the beauty pageant competition back home in Venezuela.

That dream would soon begin to look more like a nightmare because in my determination to be crowned the winner I quickly hopped on the crazy dieting rollercoaster. And as is very likely to happen if you are on a real rollercoaster too long, suddenly I wasn't feeling very good. I developed an eating and digestive disorder and this was certainly not part of my plan, but clearly part of a bigger one. Something inside of me knew that eating tuna, pineapple, and lettuce every day was not right. I made some drastic but very important decisions and started to learn more about health and nutrition. Thank you, God for rescuing me! It was at this time and through this process that I began to heal physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. I began to experience true and authentic freedom which is what I hope to see in you.

In this blog, I want to share my experiences and help you to be truly healthy (without following any diet) by eating real food that God gave us through nature.

The desire of my heart is that in everything I do whether it’s photography, videos, or blogs, that the love of Jesus Christ is shown through me.

Then God said, "I give you every seed-bearing plant on the face of the whole earth and every tree that has fruit with seed in it. They will be yours for food.” -Genesis 1:29
