My passion for organic, cold-pressed juices started when I decided to heal my digestion. They captivated me from the first sip. Since then, I've been eager to share the incredible benefits they've brought to my health. They've made me stronger, healthier, more creative, vibrant, and energized. Juicing motivated me to eat clean, alkaline and eliminate everything processed and toxic from my life. Without a doubt, I reaffirm the premise that “we are what we eat, or rather, we are what we digest and absorb.” Consequently, I began incorporating raw, organic foods into every meal to sustain my energy, vitality, and optimal health. This ignited my passion for guiding others toward better health. Blessed Greens is my offering to share the healing benefits of cold-pressed juices with my beloved local community in Kissimmee and its surroundings.
Our cultural practices and busy routines often cause us to neglect our bodies. Poor eating habits, stress, pollution, and environmental toxins weaken our bodies, drain our energy, and pave the way for illness. Blessed Greens Juices operates as a local delivery and pickup service. Orders for the week close at 6 pm on Friday and will be delivered to your home Monday morning.

Juices are most effectively absorbed by the body on an empty stomach. It's recommended to have your juice first thing in the morning on an empty stomach, and then wait 20 minutes before having breakfast. If you are having 2 juices per day, enjoy one in the morning and the second one in the mid-afternoon, between lunch and dinner.
