CHIA PUDDING
This chia pudding is my go-to healthy and easy breakfast or snack to make during the week. It is loaded with omega-3 fatty acids, fiber, protein and antioxidants. You only need simple ingredients and a bowl or a blender to make this recipe!

This chia pudding is an excellent sources of omega-3 fatty acids, fiber, protein and antioxidants, which is great for digestion and weight loss.
It’s the perfect breakfast or snack to bring on the go in a mason jar so you can enjoy it at work, after the gym or when your heart desires.
INGREDIENTS
1 cup almond milk
1/4 cup chia seeds
1 tbsp ground flaxseed
1/2 tsp raw honey
1/4 tsp cinnamon
Toppings:
1 tbsp almond butter
2 tbsp cacao nibs
1/4 cup granola of your choice
Strawberries, blueberries & raspberries
PREPARATION
Mix almond milk, ground flaxseeds, raw honey and cinnamon together in a blender or bowl.
Pour the mix into a mason jar and add chia seeds, stir all together.
Let sit on the counter for 10 minutes, giving it a stir every 2 minutes.
Cover and place in the fridge to firm up for 30-60 mins.
Remove and enjoy this chia pudding with almond butter, cacao nibs, granola and some berries (or any other topping of your choice).
Note: This chia pudding can be stored in the fridge for up to a week in an air tight container.
